Riding
The whole trip happens on one screen. You never have to hunt for a menu, and nothing is settled until you have seen the price.
The map opens on your location. Drag the pin if the road you want is a few metres away.
Boda, bajaji or taxi, each with its own fare for that exact route. Pick the one that suits the trip.
The request goes to drivers near you. You get their name, their vehicle and a PIN, and you watch them approach.
Read the PIN to your driver before you get in. Pay the agreed fare in cash at the end and keep the receipt.
Fares
Teleza does not quote a range and settle up afterwards. The fare is calculated for your route, shown before you book, and does not move while you travel.
Driving
Teleza takes no commission. What the rider hands you is what you earned. Instead of a cut of every trip, you buy access to the app for a day, a week or a month.
0%
Commission on every completed trip, whatever the fare and however many you do that day.

Pick the access plan that matches how you work and pay it by mobile money from inside the app.
Online only
Your location is shared while you are online and taking requests, and stops the moment you go offline.
Safety and trust
Riders and drivers see each other's name, phone number and position for the length of the trip, and nothing beyond it.
The app shows you a code while your driver is on the way. Read it out before you get in and you know you are in the right vehicle.
A driver uploads a licence, vehicle registration, insurance and a photograph, and cannot go online until those are accepted.
Riders are located when they set a pickup, not between trips. Drivers are tracked only while online, with a notification the whole time.
Call or message support from the menu, and reach the emergency number shown there — or dial 112 — without leaving the trip.
Your data
Teleza collects what a trip actually requires — who you are, where you are going, and how you and your driver reach each other. Every piece of it is written out in full, with how long it is kept and who else sees it.
